Tourney Info

(1) REGISTRATION IS WAITLISTING - Register your team for the waitlist, no payment required. If I spot opens up, we will contact the waitlisted teams.

(2) The tourney fee is $350 and includes fruit, water, bagels/pretzels, pizza after the games, and beautiful fields.

(3) A $100 deposit check is required for the tournament. Once you have registered and paid the tourney fees, we will send you a confirmation email with an address to mail the deposit check to. This check must be received by October 15th or your bid will not be complete and we will offer your spot to a waitlisted team. We hope that this check will help remind teams to pick up after themselves. Assuming there are no problems, we'll rip up your check after the tournament.

(4) Format: 32 teams will be divided up into 8 pools of 4 teams. Saturday will be pool play with 3 games/team. Teams will be ranked after pool play and then divided into Sunday A, B, C, D bracket playoffs, first seed in each pool will go into A bracket, 2nd seed into B bracket and so forth. NOTE: Pools will contain ALL skill levels - there are no competitive and recreational brackets this year.

ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS OF ANY KIND AT THESE FIELDS. MILLION DOLLAR HORSES USE THESE FIELDS AND WE CANNOT RISK ANY DEBRIS/GLASS BEING LEFT ON THE FIELDS.

Violations will result in your team being disqualified from the tournament.

The tournament will be held just outside of Philadelphia at the Brandywine Polo Club (in the scenic Brandywine Valley).
